Job summary

POP MART is seeking a senior regional leader for the Central region, located in Culver City, CA. You will drive the regional strategy, oversee multi-unit operations, and partner with HR, Finance, Marketing, and Real Estate to execute growth initiatives.

The role requires a track record of multi-unit leadership, strong financial acumen, and the ability to travel ~80% across markets. This position offers a market-competitive package within POP MART's North America operations.

Qualifications

Progressive leadership across multiple retail units with a regional scope.
Proven ability to translate corporate strategy into regional plans and drive execution.
Strong financial acumen and experience with budgets, profitability, and ROI.

Responsibilities

Define the strategic roadmap for the Central region translating priorities into multi-year plans.
Analyze market, competitive, financial and operational data to identify opportunities and improvements.
Establish regional priorities and allocate resources to focus on high-impact initiatives.
Present regional strategy and performance to executive leadership with risk and ROI insights.
Maintain standards while adapting strategies to local market needs.
