Qualifications

10+ years of progressive multi-unit retail leadership experience.
5+ years operating at a regional, multi-market, or comparable leadership level.
Ability to translate corporate strategy into actionable regional plans and hold leaders accountable.
Experience coaching District and Area Managers and building leadership pipelines.
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

Define the regional strategic roadmap and translate priorities into multi-year growth plans.
Manage regional P&L, budgets, profitability, and financial performance.
Lead cross-functional partnerships with HR, Finance, Marketing, Real Estate, Construction, IT and Retail Operations.
Develop leadership succession plans and build a high-performance culture across the region.
Travel approximately 80% to assess performance and stay connected with market realities.
