Job summary

POP MART is seeking a Regional Manager – Central Region to lead the long‑term growth and performance of our Central U.S. retail footprint, reporting through the Retail department in Chicago, IL.

This role requires translating corporate priorities into a regional strategy, guiding District and Area Managers, and driving profitability with a strong emphasis on talent development and cross‑functional leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive multi-unit retail leadership experience.
• At least 5 years strategic regional leadership.
• Experience owning regional P&L, budgets, profitability.
• Proven ability translating corporate strategy into regional plans.
• Experience coaching District/Area Managers.
• Willingness to travel ~80%.

Responsibilities

• Define regional strategy and multi-year growth plans.
• Lead cross-functional partnerships across HR, Finance, Marketing.
• Develop leadership pipeline and succession planning.
• Oversee regional P&L with budgeting and profitability targets.
• Maintain field presence and 80% travel for market insights.
• Ensure execution of standards and regional adaptation.
