POP MART Americas Inc. in Culver City, CA seeks an experienced regional leader to shape the strategic roadmap for the Central region, translating corporate priorities into multi-year growth plans, market opportunities, and store format innovations.

You will partner with HR, Learning & Development, Retail Operations, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Real Estate, Construction, Finance, and IT to prioritize pilots, new stores, and programs while maintaining company standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive multi-unit retail leadership experience.
• Proven ability to translate corporate strategy into regional plans and hold leaders accountable.
• Strong financial acumen with ability to analyze data and drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Define regional strategy and multi-year growth plans for the Central region.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Real Estate, Marketing, Merchandising, and IT to implement pilots and new store initiatives.
• Own regional P&L, budgets, profitability, and forecast accuracy.
• Coach District/Area Managers and develop leadership pipelines across markets.
