Lauber Business Partners is guiding TriCore in sourcing a Regional Managing Partner to lead a key territory in the United States. You will drive business performance, develop teams, and strengthen strategic client relationships in a fast-paced industrial automation context.

You will partner with senior leaders to plan growth, oversee project delivery, and shape region-wide operating excellence while maintaining a collaborative, customer-focused culture.
