POOLCORP, the world’s leading distributor of outdoor living products, seeks a regional manager to oversee multiple locations from Buffalo to New England. You will drive sales, profitability, market share, and employee satisfaction as part of a growing, tradition-rich organization.

You will lead sales center managers, coach teams, manage budgets, and implement region-wide marketing plans while ensuring safety and compliance across facilities.

Formación

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales or operations management for a multi-store company.
• Experience in industrial distribution, warehousing or equivalent.
• Ability to lead, coach, delegate and inspire effectively.
• Demonstrated negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and oral communications.
• Strong organization and time management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Hold a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within a designated area.

Responsabilidades

• Provides guidance, direction and leadership to sales center managers and sales staff to achieve revenue, profit and asset goals.
• Coaches and motivates staff to meet regional objectives.
• Manages P&L progress review and budget planning.
• Implements regional marketing plans to boost performance and market share.
• Oversees building maintenance, fleets, inventory and safety compliance.
• Supports strategic initiatives and contributes to annual forecasting.
