Job summary

Kennedy Jenks is seeking a Regional Business Leader to guide sales, project delivery, financial performance, client relationships, and people metrics across the assigned region. Reporting to the COO, you will collaborate with Area Managers, Client Service Directors, project and technical leaders to keep regional priorities aligned with firm goals.

You’ll build high‑performing teams, strengthen client relationships, lead growth, manage risks, and ensure profitable, compliant execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline.
• 15+ years of industry experience with leadership across people, financial performance, sales, client service, and delivery.
• Ability to lead teams, set priorities, and drive accountability for business and operational results.
• Strong understanding of business development, project delivery, workforce planning, and financial management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery and client service to monitor regional performance.
• Lead regional growth and manage BD budgets.
• Guide proposals, scopes, pricing, and performance metrics for the region.
• Ensure profitable regional performance and compliance with laws and company policies.
• Foster cross-functional client service and engagement across disciplines and regions.
• Recruit, plan staffing, and develop regional leaders; succession planning.
