Job summary

Crew2 is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee daily operations, manage budgets, and set performance objectives for Installation teams and Production Managers. The role develops, trains, and supports managers while conducting regular performance appraisals.

It requires leadership across sales growth, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence within the assigned region. The position collaborates with senior leadership to drive revenue growth and ensure compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of assigned product lines.
• Manage budgets and exceed Profit and Loss targets.
• Improve NOI and Gross Margins across regions.
• Develop and deliver business plans aligned to objectives.
• Develop an accountability model focused on Top Line Revenue and Cash Management.
