Job summary

Kennedy Jenks is seeking a Regional Business Leader to guide sales, delivery, finance, operations, and people performance across a region. You will build strong client relationships, lead high-performing teams, and align regional priorities with company goals.

Reporting to the COO, you’ll collaborate with Area Managers and senior leaders to ensure strategic growth, robust risk management, and effective resource planning. This hybrid role requires regular regional presence and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or closely related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of industry experience including leadership in people, financial, sales, client service and project delivery.
• Proven ability to lead teams, set priorities, and drive accountability.
• Strong understanding of business development, project delivery, workforce planning, and financial management.
• Ability to build relationships and influence senior leaders, clients, and employees.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, coaching, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide regional sales, project delivery, financial, operational, client, and people performance.
• Lead regional strategy and growth aligned with the company plan.
• Develop and lead teams for pursuits, proposals, and budgets; manage regional BD budgets.
• Provide guidance for scope, pricing, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Develop strategic client contacts and promote cross-selling of services.
• Be accountable for profitable regional performance and compliance with policies.
• Recruitment, staffing plans, and succession planning for the region.
• Oversee workforce planning and resource integration across regions.
