Job summary

USI Insurance Services is seeking a regional marketing professional to own the implementation and management of marketing initiatives. You will manage the events calendar, lead digital marketing and marketing automation, and drive new business appointments and retention with leadership in Employee Benefits and P&C sales.

Travel up to 25% may be required. Ideally you bring 3–5 years of marketing support at executive level, a marketing or communications degree, and experience with Marketo, Pardot,

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience supporting executive-level marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications preferred.
• Experience with digital marketing automation platforms.
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Dynamics a plus.
• Strong social media and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the regional events calendar leveraging marketing automation tools.
• Provide analytics by integrating Marketo and Dynamics data.
• Create and analyze reports for events and prospecting activities.
• Develop, maintain, and track procedures for marketing investments including ROI metrics.
• Support warming activities for sales consultants to drive new business.
• Oversee marketing projects, tools, and branding-related activities.
• Assist sales consultants with social media outreach and regional strategies.
• Collaborate with regional marketing leadership to implement sales and marketing processes.
• Drive webinar and event attendance through effective follow-up.
• Guide SMS peers in productive communication with leadership.
