Job summary

USI Insurance Services is seeking a regional marketing professional in Phoenix to implement and manage marketing initiatives across events calendar, digital campaigns, and prospecting programs. You will partner with Employee Benefits and P&C Sales Leaders to grow appointments, pipeline, and client retention.

The role emphasizes analytics integration (Marketo, Dynamics), reporting, and ROI tracking, with travel up to 25% across regions.

Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of experience in marketing support at executive level.
• Bachelor’s Degree with concentration in marketing or communications preferred.
• Experience with digital marketing automation platforms including Marketo, Pardot, Hubspot and Marketing Cloud.
• Experience with Salesforce management/CRM systems; Microsoft Dynamics a plus.
• Strong social media skills, including LinkedIn and Twitter.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, regionally and nationally.
• Experience developing marketing and sales strategies.
• Experience training others preferred.
• Detail oriented with editorial skill.
• Working knowledge of WebEx and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel).
• Self-motivated with multi-tasking in a fast-paced, high-pressure team environment.
• Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the regional events calendar leveraging Marketo and organize round table discussions and webinars.
• Provide analytics integrating Marketo and Dynamics data to leadership.
• Create and analyze reports for events and prospecting activities.
• Develop and track procedures for marketing investments and ROI metrics.
• Support warming activities for sales consultants to drive new business with seminars and webinars.
• Collaborate with regional marketing and communications leadership on sales processes.
• Oversee marketing projects, tools, sponsorships, advertising and branding.
• Assist sales consultants with social media outreach and regional strategies.
• Enhance market visibility and support revenue growth.
• Drive webinar attendance with effective follow-up and nurture.
• Train regional SMS and provide backup; lead productive communication sessions.
• Promote updates in sales prospecting and relationship building in the CRM system.
