Job summary

USI Insurance Services is seeking a regional marketing specialist to implement and manage marketing initiatives. You will own the events calendar, drive campaigns, and run digital marketing automation while partnering with Employee Benefits and Property & Casualty Sales Leaders.

You will analyze data across Marketo and Dynamics, create reports, and develop ROI metrics for events and sponsorships. Travel up to 25% nationally.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing support at executive level.
• Bachelor’s Degree with concentration in marketing or communications preferred.
• Experience with digital marketing automation platforms including Marketo, Pardot, HubSpot and Marketing Cloud.
• Experience with CRM systems; Microsoft Dynamics a plus.
• Strong social media skills (LinkedIn, Twitter).
• Willingness to travel up to 25% regionally and nationally.
• Experience developing marketing and sales strategies and training others.

Responsibilities

• Manage regional events calendar and marketing programs using Marketo.
• Provide analytics by integrating Marketo and Dynamics data for leadership.
• Create reports for events and prospecting activities.
• Develop procedures for marketing investments, track ROI.
• Support sales warm-up activities with webinars and seminars.
• Collaborate with regional marketing leadership on sales processes.
• Oversee marketing projects including communications, presentations, sponsorships, and branding.
• Assist sales consultants with social media outreach and regional strategies.
• Contribute to higher visibility and quality market positioning for new business and retention.
