Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of experience in marketing support at executive level.
• Bachelor’s Degree with concentration in marketing or communications preferred.
• Experience with digital marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Pardot, HubSpot, Marketing Cloud).
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics a plus).
• Strong social media skills (LinkedIn, Twitter) and travel up to 25%.
• Experience developing marketing and sales strategies and training others.

Responsibilities

• Manage regional events calendar leveraging Marketo, including round tables and seminars.
• Provide analytics integrating Marketo and Dynamics data for leaders.
• Create reports/analytics for events and prospecting activities.
• Develop and track procedures for marketing investments and ROI.
• Support warming activities to drive new business via seminars/webinars.
• Work with regional marketing/communications leadership on sales processes.
• Oversee marketing projects: communications, branding, advertising, sponsorships.
• Assist with social media outreach and regional strategies.
• Train regional SMS and lead productive communications with leadership.
• Drive prospecting updates in sales automation system.
