Job summary

USI Insurance Services is seeking a Regional Marketing Manager to implement and manage marketing initiatives across regional accounts. The role owns the events calendar, prospecting campaigns, and digital marketing/automation, aiming to improve new business appointments, pipeline, growth, and retention.

Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of experience in marketing support at executive level.
• Bachelor’s Degree with concentration in marketing or communications preferred.
• Experience with digital marketing automation platforms. Includes Marketo, Pardot, Hubspot and Marketing Cloud.
• Experience with salesforce management/CRM systems. Microsoft Dynamics a plus.
• Strong Social Media skills, including LinkedIn and Twitter.

Responsibilities

• Manage regional events calendar leveraging Marketo and sales team events.
• Provide analytics integrating Marketo and Dynamics data for leadership.
• Create and analyze reports for events and prospecting activities.
• Develop, maintain, and track procedures for marketing investments and ROI metrics.
• Support warming activities for sales consultants to drive new business.
• Collaborate with regional marketing leadership to implement sales and marketing processes.
• Oversee sales enablement and marketing projects, including communications, sponsorships, and branding.
• Assist consultants with social media outreach and regional strategies.
• Work with marketing to gain visibility and support client retention and revenue growth.
• Drive webinar and event attendance with follow-ups.
• Train regional SMS and provide backup as needed.
• Lead SMS communication sessions with leadership and sales teams.
• Drive prospects and relationship-building in the sales automation system.
