Job summary

USI Insurance Services is seeking a marketing professional to implement and manage regional initiatives, including event calendars, digital campaigns, and marketing automation. You will partner with Employee Benefits and Property & Casualty Sales Leaders to improve appointments, pipeline, and retention.

Responsibilities include analytics, ROI tracking, and supporting sales with social media strategies and webinars. Travel up to 25% may be required in regional and national scopes.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in marketing support at executive level.
• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or communications preferred.
• Experience with digital marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Pardot, Hubspot, Marketing Cloud).
• Experience with Salesforce/CRM systems; Microsoft Dynamics a plus.
• Strong social media skills (LinkedIn, Twitter).
• Ability to travel up to 25% regionally and nationally.
• Experience developing marketing and sales strategies.
• Experience training others preferred.
• Detail oriented with editorial skill.
• Proficient in WebEx and Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel).
• Self-motivated with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage regional events calendar using Marketo, including round tables and social events.
• Provide analytics integrating Marketo and Dynamics data for leadership.
• Create and analyze reports for events and prospecting activities.
• Develop, maintain, and track procedures for marketing investments and ROI.
• Support warming activities for sales consultants to drive new business.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to implement sales and marketing processes.
• Oversee marketing projects and tools including communications, sponsorships, branding.
• Assist sales with social media outreach and regional strategies.
• Enhance visibility and market positioning to support growth.
• Drive webinar and event attendance with effective follow-up.
• Train regional SMS and provide backup as needed.
• Lead SMS communications with leadership and sales teams.
