Job summary

DN Tanks LLC in California seeks a Regional Manager to build client relationships and educate on DN's water storage solutions, delivering value with internal teams.

You will lead territory sales, develop key accounts, coordinate with design and pricing, and model professionalism and passion for DN's mission.

This remote role requires CA residence, travel 2-3 days weekly, and a strong technical background in civil/structural/mechanical engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural/Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in municipal, consulting, or construction industries.
• Ability to travel 2-3 days per week.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CRM software; ability to read technical plans and specs.
• Strong verbal and written communication with partners and managers.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed territory sales goals by generating and qualifying leads and executing a territory sales business plan.
• Develop client commitment by identifying and building relationships with key decision makers.
• Educate clients on the value of DN's products and services through presentations and project development.
• Deliver well-specified projects by coordinating with internal teams and promoting optimal designs.
• Manage the territory by coordinating resources and maintaining accurate projections.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with general and sub-contractors within the territory.
• Leverage relationships to support cross-selling of DN's Services within the territory.
• Establish industry leadership through conferences, associations, and community events.
