Job summary

DN Tanks seeks a Regional Manager to lead Concrete Tank Services in the Florida region, educating clients on inspection, rehabilitation and retrofit solutions, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver optimized projects.

The role requires travel 2–3 days per week, a civil/structural engineering background, and experience with MS Office and CRM systems. You will drive regional sales, build key relationships, and help establish DN Tanks as an industry leader in tank services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in municipal, consulting, or construction settings preferred.
• Ability to travel 2–3 days per week.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CRM software; ability to read technical plans and specifications.
• Strong verbal and written communication with professional interaction skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed regional CTS sales goals by lead generation and regional plan execution.
• Develop client relationships with key decision makers.
• Educate clients on CTS services with presentations and preconstruction support.
• Perform field inspections of concrete liquid storage infrastructure for rehabilitation needs.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver well-specified, cost-effective projects.
• Manage budgets and timelines; coordinate resources to optimize design and delivery.
• Mitigate risks during opportunity development with internal resources.
• Maintain territory via meetings, updates to sales systems, and accurate projections.
• Develop relationships with general and sub-contractors to support cross-selling of tank products.
• Represent the company at conferences, trades shows, and professional organizations.
