Underground Solutions seeks a Regional Engineer to cover North Texas, Oklahoma and Arkansas. This remote role requires residence within the region and frequent travel to client sites and vendor locations.

The ideal candidate has a BSCE or related degree with engineering experience in utility pipelines or municipal water, plus CRM and MS Office skills. Compensation includes full benefits and travel expense coverage.

Qualifications

• BSCE or related degree preferred with 3 years of engineering experience.
• Experience with Utility Pipeline Design, Construction or Municipal Water markets is preferred.
• CRM experience (Salesforce or similar) and Microsoft Office proficiency required.

Responsabilités

• Support technical sales strategies to meet annual pipeline targets for the designated region.
• Develop key account plans by coordinating with engineers, utilities, and distributors.
• Prepare technical specifications to support product positioning and efficiency.
• Maintain up-to-date Salesforce activity for opportunities and forecasts.
• Engage in product presentations and discussions with customers and partners.
• Assist with marketing input and variance reporting against budgets/forecasts.
