Job summary

Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. is seeking a Regional Engineer to drive technical marketing initiatives within the stormwater industry. This remote role requires expertise in civil engineering and involves managing product approvals for public projects, particularly with Departments of Transportation.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and a minimum of 5 years of engineering experience. This position includes a variety of responsibilities, including leading collaborations with sales teams and maintaining relationships with regulatory agencies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of engineering experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• Ability to travel up to two weeks per month.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and visiting construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Manage product approval processes with state DOTs and municipalities.
• Lead technical marketing efforts to expand product usage.
• Collaborate with sales teams and product managers to support approval initiatives.
• Develop and deliver technical presentations for engineering conferences.
• Build and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies.
• Identify and pursue DOT and municipal project opportunities.
