CCC Intelligent Solutions is seeking a Regional Business Manager to drive top-line revenue in the New England region. The role requires frequent travel and close collaboration with Sales, CSA, ISR, and National Accounts to extend CCC’s product footprint.

The RBM will own territory planning, engage customers face-to-face, and manage expenses while delivering profitable growth through the company’s software and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
• Demonstrated competency in related technical field or industry experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of direct selling experience.

Responsabilités

• Sell the complete line of CCC products and services to customers and prospects.
• Manage personal business expenses within company guidelines.
• Maintain proficiency on CCC’s product suite and provide technical assistance.
• Collaborate with sales management to create annual revenue forecasts and budgets.
• Maintain Salesforce CRM with accurate activity tracking and pipeline management.
• Analyze industry trends and competition to achieve sales objectives.
• Develop regional MSO sales plans aligned with short- and long-term goals.
• Support National Accounts teams with account planning and execution.
• Collaborate with CSA and ISR to maximize revenue growth and retention.
• Contribute to customer retention initiatives and revenue growth.
• Attend trade shows, conventions, and association meetings.
• Lead weekly team calls/reports on sales and trends.
• Travel 50-70% of the time.
