Job summary

CCC Intelligent Solutions is seeking a Regional Business Manager to drive top-line revenue in the New England region. The role covers Central Connecticut, Massachusetts, or Rhode Island with substantial travel and collaboration across sales teams to meet revenue targets.

The position emphasizes field-based selling, territory planning, and relationship-building with insurers, repairers, and related partners, with compensation heavily weighted toward variable pay.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of 3 years of direct selling experience.
• Willingness to relocate to Central Connecticut, Massachusetts, or Rhode Island.

Responsibilities

• Sell CCC products and services to customers and prospects within the assigned territory.
• Manage personal business expenses within company guidelines.
• Maintain proficiency on CCC’s product suite and provide technical assistance to customers.
• Create annual revenue forecasts and expense budgets for the territory.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM for activity tracking, pipeline management, and competitive intel.
• Analyze industry trends and plan to achieve sales objectives.
• Develop MSO sales plans aligned with objectives.
• Support National Account Team and collaborate with CSA/ISR to drive revenue and retention.
• Attend trade shows and association meetings; conduct weekly team calls and reports.
• Travel 50-70% of the time.
