Job summary

CCC Intelligent Solutions Inc. is seeking a Regional Business Manager responsible for driving revenue growth across a New England–area territory. The role emphasizes field-based selling with 50–75% travel, including face-to-face meetings with customers and prospects.

You will collaborate with the sales team, CSA, and ISR to secure new business, manage forecasts, and ensure customer satisfaction while controlling expenses in a dynamic, bonus-eligible compensation structure.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of direct selling experience.
• Demonstrated competency in related technical field or equivalent in industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Sell the complete line of CCC products and services to customers and prospects.
• Manage personal business expenses within guidelines.
• Maintain proficiency on CCC product suite and provide technical assistance.
• Work with sales management to create revenue forecasts and budgets.
• Maintain Salesforce CRM with activity tracking and pipeline management.
• Analyze industry trends and competitive landscape to plan sales objectives.
• Support regional and national accounts teams with account plans.
• Attend trade shows and associations to generate opportunities.
• Collaborate with CSA and ISR to maximize revenue and retention.
