Job summary

CCC Intelligent Solutions is seeking a Regional Business Manager to drive top-line revenue growth in the New England region. You will sell CCC products and services, manage budgets, and partner with CSA/ISR to maximize revenue while traveling extensively in Central Connecticut, Massachusetts, or Rhode Island.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 3+ years of direct selling experience, and proficiency with Salesforce CRM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated competency in related technical field or equivalent in industry experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of direct selling experience.

Responsibilities

• Sell CCC products to customers and prospects.
• Manage personal business expenses within company approved guidelines.
• Maintain proficiency on CCC’s complete product suite to articulate value and provide technical assistance.
• Collaborate with sales management to create revenue forecasts and expense budgets for assigned territory.
• Implement sales processes and maintain Salesforce CRM activity tracking and pipeline management.
• Travel 50-70% as required.
