RangeWater Real Estate is seeking a Regional Director for the Dallas–Fort Worth market to oversee multi-site property management operations, develop budgets, monitor financial performance, and partner with community managers to drive occupancy and revenue. The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, vendor coordination, and clear reporting to owners.

A high school diploma is required; a college degree and industry certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Experience in multi-site property management and residential operations.
• Industry certifications CPM/CAPS/CAM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops the annual budget(s) for the properties comprising the assigned portfolio, and analyzes financial statements to address gaps.
• Ensures portfolio and communities meet operational, financial, and business goals by reviewing reports and implementing action plans.
• Leads community managers; hires, trains, and manages performance to Company policies and standards.
• Promotes client satisfaction and retention with timely reporting and proactive communication.
• Reviews market data to identify trends and develops market plans to drive occupancy and revenue.
• Ensures property appearance and safety standards are maintained and coordinates capital requests.
