RangeWater Residential is seeking a Community Manager in Dallas to lead property teams, drive leasing and revenue goals, and ensure compliant, high‑quality operations. You’ll oversee budgeting, marketing, and owner relations while maintaining safety and curb appeal across the community.

The role requires 1–3 years in multi‑family management, strong communication, and proficiency with property software. Weekend coverage and a valid driver’s license are expected.

Qualifikationen

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Supervisory experience: 1–3 years.
• Multi‑Family Property Management experience: 1–3 years.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Entrata, Yardi, or OneSite.
• Driver's license required.

Aufgaben

• Lead and evaluate team; hire, orient and train new hires.
• Meet revenue goals by improving marketing and leasing strategies.
• Forecast budgets and manage profitability; handle invoicing.
• Analyze market trends and adjust strategies; stay updated on tech/tools.
• Oversee lease enforcement, inspections, evictions, collections.
• Manage client/owner relations and conduct property tours.
