Job summary

Mayfair Management Group is seeking a Regional Manager to lead day-to-day operations across assigned communities from the Dallas area. You will supervise Community Managers, develop marketing plans, and manage budgets to maintain high occupancy and profitability.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, financial discipline, and compliance with housing programs, while delivering exceptional resident and vendor relations in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 1–2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent.
• Experience with marketing planning and annual operating and capital budgets.
• Experience with tax-credit or set-aside properties; ability to optimize NOI.

Responsibilities

• Assist Community Manager in planning and implementing annual marketing plans.
• Prepare the property's operating and capital improvement budgets.
• Ensure 100% compliance in tax-credit or set-aside units.
• Review payables and monitor budget variances.
• Maximize NOI through cost control and revenue optimization.
• Supervise Community Managers and represent owner at inspections and audits.
• Foster a positive environment for management and maintenance staff.
