Job summary

RangeWater Residential is seeking a results-oriented Ranger to oversee budgeting, financial performance, and operations for the Dallas–Fort Worth portfolio. You will lead community managers, coordinate staffing, and drive client satisfaction with timely reporting and proactive communication.

The role requires multi-site property management experience, strong financial acumen, and proficiency with property-management tools such as Yardi or OneSite.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• College degree in business/finance/marketing preferred.
• Certifications CPM CAPS CAM preferred.
• Experience in multi-site property management.
• Sales, marketing, and customer service background helpful.

Responsibilities

• Develops annual budgets for the properties in the portfolio.
• Oversees budget attainment and analyzes financial statements.
• Ensures portfolios meet performance goals via inspections and action plans.
• Leads recruiting, hiring, and training of community managers.
• Manages staffing and coordinates vendor/contractor work.
• Communicates with clients/owners and addresses concerns.
• Reviews market data and develops market plans to drive occupancy.
• Ensures safety and appearance standards; coordinates capital requests.
