Job summary

DALS Lighting, a leading North American LED lighting innovator, seeks a Regional Manager, Business Development to accelerate growth across the Southern United States. Reporting to the Executive VP of Sales, you will lead channel partners, expand market share, and drive strategic initiatives with showrooms, distributors, builder channels, and specification markets.

This role offers a competitive base salary with a performance-based incentive plan and a 401k program.

Qualifications

Proven success in territory sales, business development, or regional sales leadership.
Experience in lighting, electrical, construction, specification, building products, or related industries.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and sales channels.
Excellent communication and presentation capabilities.
Comfortable working independently while collaborating across cross-functional teams.
Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

Drive revenue growth by developing and executing strategic sales initiatives across the region.
Identify, pursue, and close high-value opportunities within lighting showrooms, electrical distribution, builder channels, and specification markets.
Expand market share while strengthening existing customer relationships.
