Job summary

WAC, based in the United States, seeks a Regional Commercial Lighting Specification Sales Manager for the South East to lead revenue growth, build strategic customer relationships, and guide an independent sales representative network within the territory.

You will develop and execute territory sales plans, train reps, and collaborate with marketing, product, and support teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales leadership experience including management of an independent sales force.
• Lighting industry experience required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven success developing and executing strategic sales plans.
• Strong leadership, relationship-building, and analytical skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% within the territory.
• Residence within the territory is preferred.
