Kennedy Jenks Consultants is seeking a Regional Business Leader to guide the sales, project delivery, financial, operational, client, and people performance of a designated region. This leader sets regional priorities, builds high-performing teams, strengthens client relationships, and helps the company grow.

Reporting to the COO, you will work with Area Managers, client service directors, and leaders to keep regional goals aligned with the corporate strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or closely related discipline.
• Master's degree in engineering preferred.
• Professional Engineer license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional strategy, growth, and execution in line with the corporate plan.
• Develop and guide teams for pursuits, proposals, and delivery, including budgeting and performance metrics.
• Ensure compliant, high-quality project delivery and strong client service across the region.
• Recruiting, staffing plans, and talent development in collaboration with People team.
