Kennedy Jenks is seeking a Regional Business Leader to guide the sales, delivery, financial, operational, client, and people performance of a defined region. The role reports to the COO and collaborates with Area Managers and leadership to align regional goals with company strategy.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years of leadership in engineering-related contexts, strong client-facing skills, and a proven track record in business development and financial management. Hybrid work model.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or closely related discipline.
• 15+ years of industry experience with leadership responsibility.
• Ability to lead teams, set priorities, and drive performance.
• Strong communication and collaboration with senior leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee performance across delivery, client service, and governance.
• Lead regional strategy, growth, and budget management.
• Guide pursuits, proposals, scopes, pricing, and metrics.
• Develop client relationships and cross-sell services.
• Ensure profitable regional performance and compliance.
• Foster talent development and succession planning.
• Coordinate workforce planning and cross-regional resources.
• Align regional plans with company strategic objectives.
