Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or closely related discipline.
- 15+ years of industry experience including leadership, sales, and project delivery.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, coaching, and decision-making skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead regional strategy and growth in line with the company plan.
- Oversee performance, risk, and governance for the region.
- Develop client relationships and pursue opportunities.
- Manage regional business development budgets and staffing.
- Ensure profitable regional performance and compliance with laws and policies.
