Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• 15+ years of industry experience with leadership responsibility for people, financial performance, sales, client service and project delivery.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, coaching and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional strategy and growth in line with the company plan.
• Develop and lead teams in pursuit and delivery of work; manage regional budgets.
• Provide guidance on pursuits, proposals, project scopes, pricing, and performance metrics.
