The leader will drive strategy, oversee risk, manage budgets, and ensure delivery excellence while advancing talent and operational efficiency across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or closely related discipline.
• 15+ years of industry experience with leadership in people, financial performance, sales, client service, and project delivery.
• Strong ability to lead teams, set priorities, and create accountability for business results.
• Strong understanding of business development, project delivery, workforce planning, and financial management.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional strategy and growth in line with Kennedy Jenks’ plan.
• Oversee performance, risk management, governance, and compliance.
• Drive client service excellence and cross-disciplinary collaboration across regions.
• Mentor Area Managers, manage staffing, and partner with People team on talent development.
• Ensure resource integration and strategic workforce planning to meet targets.
• Approve hiring and staff development to fulfill regional strategies.
• Identify opportunities and promote cross-selling of services.
