Job summary

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Regional Business Manager for ROSA & Sub-Saharan Africa. You will lead distributor and direct channels, drive revenue growth, govern CP partnerships, and ensure field execution across multiple markets while travelling extensively.

The role requires 7–10+ years in diagnostics and 5+ years in SSA markets, with a strong focus on pricing, governance, and risk management.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in IVD, diagnostics, medical devices or healthcare commercial leadership.
• Minimum 5 years of Sub-Saharan Africa market experience is required, with exposure across Southern Africa and West/East Africa preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead partner growth across ROSA and Sub-Saharan Africa with disciplined execution.
• Govern CPs with scorecards, reviews, corrective actions and transitions.
• Own pricing governance, tender economics, and long-term profitability with Finance & Marketing support.
• Manage revenue, gross margin, AR exposure, contract compliance and risk.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to remove execution barriers and ensure customer continuity.
