Candidate Experience site (CX) is seeking a Regional Growth Leader to drive results in the Southeast US. This remote role focuses on building and directing a growth team, accelerating sales through the funnel from discovery to close, and strengthening advisor relationships with Cetera platforms.

You will own engagement strategies, develop study groups, and collaborate with onboarding and sales enablement to ensure timely asset realization. Travel up to 50% is possible in key markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Minimum 8 years of Relationship & Sales experience.
• Series 7, 66 (or 63 & 65) and /or 24 FINRA Licenses.
• Minimum 3 years of managing a regional team.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Regional Growth Team to deliver results against sales goals.
• Drive sales through the funnel from discovery to closing and manage engagement plans and sales pipelines.
• Own advisor relationships and Cetera experience across the advisor lifecycle.
• Develop and deploy Cetera-sponsored study groups for advisors.
• Foster organic growth, advisor engagement, satisfaction and retention through value propositions.
• Coordinate with business development onboarding and sales enablement to realize assets on Cetera platforms.
• Identify opportunities to connect Advisors with subject matter experts to promote investment solutions.
