The Regional Business Development Director will cultivate relationships with business owners, CPAs, lenders, attorneys, and advisors, expanding a regional book of business. Base compensation is $120,000 with uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in business development, consultative sales, relationship management, or professional services preferred.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Experience working with small and mid-sized businesses strongly preferred.
• Experience developing referral-based partnerships with CPAs, bankers, attorneys, consultants, or advisors is highly valued.
• Background in accounting, finance, business operations, banking, consulting, or professional services is helpful.
• Comfortable using CRM systems, LinkedIn, Google Workspace, and other business development tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a regional market through networking, relationship-building, and referral partnerships.
• Engage business owners, referral partners, and advisors to expand regional book of business.
• Coordinate with centralized Client Delivery team after establishing client relationships.
• Drive market growth, relationship management, and portfolio expansion.
