Job summary

Bluespring Wealth Partners, LLC seeks a Regional Growth Partner to drive growth and performance across a portfolio of partner firms. You will translate data into clear insights, develop business cases, and coordinate regional priorities with senior leaders and Home Office teams.

In this internal role, you’ll build financial models, support budgeting and forecasting, and prepare executive materials for regional reviews. Minimal travel and close collaboration with partner firm leaders are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, business, economics, accounting, or a related field.
• Five+ years of experience in strategy, finance, consulting, business operations, wealth management, or related disciplines.
• Experience building financial models, budgets, forecasts, business cases, and executive presentations.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights and practical recommendations.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Strong project management, organization, prioritization, and follow-through.
• Ability to influence and drive execution without direct authority.
• High judgment, discretion, and accountability.
• Experience in wealth management, RIAs, financial services, or multi-site environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Regional Growth and Performance Support across partner firms and regions.
• Advance organic growth, profitability, advisor productivity, client acquisition, and revenue expansion.
• Analyze firm and regional performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop growth plans, business cases, and action plans for partner firms and regional initiatives.
• Monitor progress against priorities, milestones, and KPIs; surface gaps.
• Identify scalable practices across the regional portfolio.
• Build and maintain financial models to support planning, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes for the region and partner firms.
• Conduct budget-to-actual, revenue, expense, margin, and productivity analyses.
• Prepare recommendations and decision support for Regional Managing Directors.
• Collaborate with Finance and Business Intelligence on regional reporting.
• Support development of annual and multi-year plans aligned with enterprise priorities.
• Prepare materials for firm and regional reviews and leadership discussions.
• Document decisions, owners, milestones, and follow-up actions.
