Job summary

PROCEPT BioRobotics Corporation seeks a Director, Regional Business to lead a critical growth region for robotic therapy adoption. You will build and empower Territory Managers and Clinical Specialists, drive procedural growth, and deliver exceptional customer experiences while meeting regional quotas.

You will collaborate with Capital Sales, Strategic Accounts, Launch, and physician training teams to ensure smooth installations, onboarding, and sustained utilization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years in medical device or robotics sales/clinical roles with leadership.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and retain high-performing teams.
• Experience driving procedural growth across complex hospital ecosystems.
• Start-up or disruptive technology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hire, lead, and develop a high-performing team of Territory Managers and Clinical Specialists.
• Translate national strategy into regional execution plans to grow volume.
• Build relationships with hospital/IDN leadership to expand program adoption.
• Partner with Capital Sales, Strategic Accounts, and Launch to ensure seamless transitions.
• Oversee surgeon onboarding and training cadence with GLD and physician teams.
• Analyze regional metrics to identify gaps and drive growth.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, budgets, and organizational goals.
• Serve as escalation point for satisfaction, OR readiness, and issues.
