Job summary

PROCEPT BioRobotics Corporation is seeking a Territory Development Representative to drive growth in our surgical robotics business. You will work with Robotic Sales Representatives to identify, qualify, and nurture leads, generate new opportunities, and support customers through the sales cycle with demonstrations and market development events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the medical device or surgical sales industry.
• Strong technical aptitude and understanding of surgical procedures, robotics technology, and medical terminology.
• Ability to travel 80% of the time.
• Experience in life sciences or healthcare industry or a regulated (FDA) environment.
• Previous startup experience.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and lead generation to identify potential customers including surgeons and hospitals.
• Qualify and engage leads through in-person presentations and demos; build relationships with surgeons, hospital admins and decision-makers.
• Support capital sales process with product demonstrations and logistics; assist in closing deals and meeting targets.
• Maintain compliance with Quality Management System and regulatory policies.
