Job summary

PROCEPT BioRobotics in the United States seeks a Territory Development Representative to grow our robotic surgical portfolio. You will identify, qualify, and nurture surgeons and hospitals, generate new leads, deliver product demonstrations, and help close deals while building a robust sales pipeline.

You will work with Robotic Sales Representatives, support market development events, and travel up to 80% to hospitals and centers as needed to drive revenue opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
• 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in medical devices or surgical sales.
• Strong technical aptitude with understanding of surgical robotics and medical terminology.
• Ability to travel up to 80%.
• Experience in life sciences or FDA-regulated environments is a plus.
• Startup experience is a plus; thrives in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new leads among surgeons and hospitals.
• Present in-person sales presentations and demonstrations; educate prospects on needs and buying potential.
• Nurture leads and maintain regular communication to foster long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with Robotic Sales Representatives to transfer qualified leads and support the sales cycle.
• Provide product demonstrations and assist in closing deals; support market development events.
• Maintain training and compliance with PROCEPT BioRobotics Quality & EHS policies.
