Job summary

LGC Hospitality Staffing is seeking a RAM-CD who will train and coach account managers across branches to grow existing clients. You’ll lead the function of account management with a specialty in development, not ownership of a single book of accounts, and you’ll leverage our payroll/billing knowledge to support client success.

You will travel 20–25% and operate in a multi-branch, field and office setting, driving performance while maintaining strong client relationships and documented success

Qualifications

• Experience growing accounts and coaching others.
• Proven ability to train teams to achieve retention and growth.
• Strong inside sales skills and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach account managers across branches.
