Job summary

LGC Hospitality Staffing is seeking a proactive Account Manager to retain clients, grow existing accounts, and expand revenue within the current book of business. You will travel between client sites and office-based tasks, owning the client relationships that keep hospitality events running smoothly.

The role emphasizes ownership, accountability, and results, with on-call coverage and a strong emphasis on using Avionte for accurate records.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing multiple accounts and driving revenue growth.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with clients.
• Proven ability to identify upsell opportunities and expand services across accounts.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned client accounts and drive revenue growth.
• Conduct weekly touchpoints via calls, texts, and in-person visits.
• Coordinate with recruiting to ensure orders are filled accurately and on time.
• Resolve issues quickly to protect and strengthen client relationships.
• Maintain accurate records in the staffing platform.
