Job summary

Fortify Companies is seeking a Regional Manager to lead greenfield expansion, building 3–6 service locations across a region from the ground up. You will own the P&L, recruit top leaders, and forge partnerships with insurers and commercial accounts, driving accountable, measurable growth.

This leadership role requires hands-on execution, a strategic mindset, and the ability to inspire teams while delivering operational excellence across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 8 to 15 years of leadership experience in restoration, construction, disaster recovery, or property services.
• Proven success in multi-site operations and cross-functional leadership.
• Ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies targeting referral partners.
• Strong financial management, budgeting, and performance analysis skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% across the region.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic expansion and organic growth across multiple sites within the region.
• Oversee daily regional operations with focus on safety, service quality, and compliance.
• Build and lead local leadership teams and partner with insurance carriers and commercial accounts.
• Manage regional P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and KPIs.
• Represent Fortify at industry events and build brand awareness.
