HOLT CAT through Texas First Rentals seeks an experienced Account Manager in Irving, TX to grow a defined portfolio and deliver Legendary Customer Service. Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent with some college coursework or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
Minimum of four years of work-related skill, knowledge, or experience; three to five years preferred.

Responsibilities

Models, promotes, reinforces, and rewards the use of Values Based Leadership tools to ensure alignment with Vision, Values, and Mission.
Provides Legendary Customer Service to assigned customers and larger potential base.
Collaborates with leadership to identify Enterprise opportunities for revenue gain within the customer base and prospects.
Efficiently and consistently meets/exceeds Targeted Annual Growth and Portfolio Health Target Goals for assigned accounts.
Serves as the account expert and liaison to facilitate a positive customer experience.
Prepares sales plans, expense, daily call, and sales reports; maintains records of sales or other business transactions.
