Job summary

Stonewall Kitchen, LLC is seeking a Region Sales Manager to drive sales growth across Mid/East U.S. retailers, managing assigned accounts such as Kroger, Food Lion, Harris Teeter, The Giants, Ingles, Weis and others. You will build market share through merchandising execution and secure new placements.

The role requires developing budgets, presenting to teams, and collaborating with brokers. Travel to meet buyers and trade shows is expected, with a focus on profitability and market insights.

Qualifications

• BA degree with 4 to 6 years prior experience in customer service/sales preferably in grocery/mass market consumer goods sales.
• National grocery and/or Walmart experience would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Create budgets for each account and manage to budgets.
• Build strong relationships with buyers and broker partners.
• Meet regularly with brokers to review performance and identify whitespace.
• Create compelling PowerPoint presentations for category reviews.
• Set up annual promotional plans and ensure profitability targets are met.
• Follow up on customer and broker requests including market insights and shipment status.
• Manage deductions: collecting back up, disputing and collaborating with finance.
• Communicate new product placements to marketing for social media exposure.
• Explore marketing opportunities to increase sales at each account.
• Continuously identify whitespace and growth opportunities.
• Monitor competitors and market trends.
