Job summary

Saint James Iced Tea seeks a Director of National Accounts – East to own the East grocery book, including Kroger and Albertsons divisions, and the Ahold Delhaize banners. You will manage buyer relationships, assortment decisions, and the calendar that turns national wins into shelf presence.

You’ll drive velocity by diagnosing underperforming items, close white space, and coordinate with field sales and brokers. This role requires travel across the Eastern U.S.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in CPG account management, beverage or food preferred.
• Direct experience calling on Kroger or Albertsons divisions or regional HQs.
• Track record of winning distribution at category reviews and resets.
• Fluency with syndicated data including ACV, distribution and velocity.
• Experience working with brokers and field sales to close voids.
• Advanced Excel and strong PowerPoint skills; build selling decks.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Own the East division book: buyer relationships and assortment decisions.
• Own East regional grocery accounts with calendar and resets.
• Close white space and convert to distribution.
• Run review and reset calendar for accounts and windows.
• Drive velocity via assortment, pricing, promotions, shelf placement.
• Partner with Field Sales for distributor readiness and compliance.
• Direct broker support with clear priorities and KPIs.
