Job summary

Greenstone Meats seeks a Sales Account Manager to drive Eastern USA retail and food service growth. You will partner with NA sales/marketing to plan, budget, and execute multi-channel strategies across major retailers and foodservice partners.

Responsibilities include developing regional plans, managing inventory, and building key relationships. A Bachelor’s in Sales or related field and 5+ years in retail/food sales are required; travel and fluent English are expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years regional Retail and Food Services sales experience.
• Experience with major retailers (Safeway/Albertsons, Trader Joe's, Aldi, Kroger, Costco).
• Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English and ability to travel.
• Proficient with Excel and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual sales plans with the Regional Sales Director and NA marketing.
• Create customer-specific retail and food service sales plans and budgets.
• Deliver promotional and sales materials aligned with local language needs.
• Monitor inventory, coordinate distribution, and ensure timely deliveries.
• Identify new accounts and distribution channels for growth opportunities.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and monitor receivables.
• Prepare monthly territory reports and drive professional development.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales, margin, and revenue goals.
