Job summary

Americans for Prosperity (AFP) seeks a Regional Field Manager to identify and recruit grassroots leaders across the state, mobilizing them to advocate for reform and engage communities. You will connect activists with AFP training and resources to empower local change.

You will organize neighborhood outreach, phone banking, and events, coordinating volunteers and contractors while maintaining regular contact to keep efforts energized and compliant with laws and AFP guidelines.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of state and federal public policy landscapes.
• Self-motivation and time management to accomplish objectives.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple events and activities.
• Works well with AFP staff and activists in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Identify activists and recruit leaders across the state and motivate advocacy efforts.

• Manage part-time canvassing contractors, ensuring compliance and best practices.
