Job summary

GrowthWise Search Partners in Sacramento seeks a Rentals Operations Regional Manager to oversee five branches, travel regionally, and lead teams to deliver profitability and top-tier customer experiences. You will drive standardized operations and coach managers to elevate performance across the region.

Expect hands-on leadership, region-wide travel, and collaboration with sales to expand market share while optimizing fleet planning and maintenance.

Qualifications

• Experience managing other managers.
• Proven coaching, mentoring and performance management skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly across Sacramento area.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 5 branch locations (Elk Grove, Roseville, Sacramento, Yuba City, Vacaville) and ~80 employees.
• Establish and maintain consistent operational standards to improve efficiency and financial performance.
• Coach Branch Managers on leadership, accountability and daily decision making.
• Partner with branch teams to solve operational challenges and keep locations running smoothly.
• Collaborate with Sales to develop territory strategies and grow market share.
• Develop training programs to strengthen knowledge of rental equipment, customer service, and sales.
• Coordinate with Inventory and Service teams on fleet planning, maintenance, and utilization.
